- Customer Support Data: up to 24 months from the date of ticket closure.
- Usage Data: up to 24 months from the date of collection.
- Email Marketing: retained until you unsubscribe or up to 24 months from your last engagement.
- Financial and Transaction Data: credit/debit card details are not stored on Our servers. Transaction records retained for up to 10 years from the date of transaction to comply with tax laws.
Transfer of Your Personal Data
Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located.
